Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sadity Chic. This page explains how and when we ship your order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email when your order ships, with tracking information when the carrier provides it.

Estimated delivery times (United States)

Most items: 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
Items marked Ship From Overseas: 7 to 15 business days after your order ships.
Digital downloads: delivered electronically right after purchase.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be delayed by carrier issues, weather and peak holiday volume, so please order early for holiday gifts. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

Orders with more than one item

Items in the same order may ship from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages, on different days.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to correct an address.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will help resolve it.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
